SAP R/3 (Pilgrim’s Pride & PricewaterhouseCoopers LLP):

Configuration - primarily in the area of Sales & Distribution including customer master, pricing and rebate processing.

Business Analysis: Analyzed and provided solutions to post implementation 'issues' in the area of Sales & Distribution Configuration (Master Data, Basic Functions, Sales, & Billing), integration & stress testing.

Reporting using Report Painter/Writer & ABAP/4 Queries.

On-Site Coordinator: Provided Business Specifications (Complexity Determination, High Level Design, Functional Specification and Technical Design) to ABAP/4 programmers and Configuration consultants.

Developed various SAP-ABAP reports (especially in the area of Sales & Distribution) based on user requirements.

Configured and fully implemented 'Billback' program - Partner Functions, Partner Procedure, Account Group; Defining and assigning Account Keys; Revenue Account Determination, Condition Types, Condition Type Group, Number Ranges, Agreement Types, Condition Tables, Access Sequences, etc.  Reconfigured 'Rebate' & 'Brokerage' Programs due to change in business process.  Analyzed and configured pricing procedures to align them with business requirements.  Delivered several interactive reports based on end user requirements in the areas of Pricing, Billing, Delivery, and other areas in Sales & Distribution.  Provided production support in the area of Order Processing, Delivery, Billing and other areas of Sales & Distribution.  Team lead for 'Agrimetrics Project' - a custom application-using dialog programming to input and extract system data for competitive analysis.  Created custom Database Table, Data Elements, Domain, Data Entry Screens using Screen Painter, etc.  Created several Report Painter reports and ABAP/4 Queries.

Developed and reported monthly, quarterly and annual financial statements including Income Statements, Balance Sheet, and Statement of Cash Flows.  Analyzed & compared financial ratios with the industry standards to evaluate the overall financial position of the organization.

Previous unrealistic forecasts were used to make important business & financial decisions.  Developed company sales goals by sales people and product lines for FY 1996,1997, & 1998.  Prepared the financial analysis by 3 entities for the first time in fifty years of business - Meats, Distribution, & Prepared Foods - to evaluate performance for strategy and budgeting.  Introduced a pricing model that put pricing in line with customer expectations and addressed both short term and long term revenue requirement.  Performed internal financial audits to analyze profitability of broker, distributor, and commodity (government) sales.   Prepared the financial analysis and financial planning of our organization for submission to the bank.  Developed and executed job costing for our value added (cooked foods) product lines, helping the salespersons to increase target profits of most products from 22% to 30% with prices unchanged.  Increased labor efficiency by proper scheduling of direct labor in the 'Prepared Foods' division.  Designed and developed a database application using MS Access & VBA for cost tracking, product pricing, HACCP, Lot Tracking System, Quality Control, and Production data analysis.
